Spring U10/12 Development
Spring development will include but not be limited to development in shooting, passing, checking and power skating. There will be roughly 15 min of skating, 30 min of ring skills, and if time permits, 15 min scrimmage at the end of some sessions.
Participants: Open to current U10/12 players
Dates: Tuesdays, March 31 - June 19
Times: 6:30pm-7:30pm

Spring Goalie Development
Come join us for goalie development this spring and elevate your game!! Development of technical skills, movement, positioning and mindset.
Khaliya Sajan from Burnaby and has been coaching with us for the past few seasons. She is currently goalie for U19 Zone West and U19AA Team BC and is super excited to share her knowledge and experience with aspiring goalies!
Participants: current goalies in 2nd year U12, U14 and 1st year U16 (born 2014-2011), all clubs welcome
Dates: Wednesdays and Fridays, May 27-June 19
Times: Wednesdays 7:30-8:30pm, Fridays 8;15-9:15PM

Spring Learn 2 Play (ages 5-11)
BNWR is offering an introductory learn to play ringette program for children aged 5-11. The purpose of this program is to offer potential future athletes an opportunity to learn more about our sport before committing to a full season.
Time and location: Tuesdays 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm at Rosemary Brown Recreation Centre
Dates: 5 Sessions - Mar 31, Apr 7, 14, 21, 28
Registration cost: $75 (plus $25 credit for 2026/27 BNWR regular season registration)
Athlete birthdates: Minimum age is 5 as of Dec 31, 2026and maximum age is 11 as of Dec 31, 2026 (Born 2015-2021)
Must supply own skates, a hockey helmet with a hockey or ringette cage and hockey gloves or thick ski gloves. Participants should expect falls to occur. Knee and elbow pads are strongly recommended. A full list of protective equipment required to join a ringette team is available here https://www.bnwr.ca/content/equipment All protective equipment is welcome and encouraged.
A limited amount of additional equipment will be available to borrow free of charge (a deposit will be required to ensure equipment is returned).

Spring Adult Learn 2 Play
Join us for Spring Adult Learn to Play Ringette!
Learn to play ringette in a fun, supportive environment!
Participants: Age 19+, all skill levels welcome!
Gear: Required - helmet, skates; other protection recommended (knee, elbow and hip protection). We will have limited number of sticks available to borrow.
